Terms of service for using SomeDay.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern SomeDay’s website and mobile apps, operated by SomeDay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines. You must be at least 18, able to enter an agreement, and authorized to manage any business or provider account you connect.
What SomeDay does
SomeDay helps you organize products, explore public maker information, plan revenue targets and run hypothetical revenue simulations. The mobile service also supports provider imports, revenue verification, and public app listings. Web features may differ from mobile features.
Simulations are not revenue
Simulation events and example charts are fictional. Calculations depend on your prices, product mix and assumptions. They are not earnings statements, promises, financial advice or investment recommendations. Do not remove simulation labels, submit simulated results as proof of revenue, or use SomeDay to mislead another person.
Your account and connections
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify nguyenthanhthien.20797@gmail.com of unauthorized access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant to connected providers. Do not connect another person’s account without authorization or attempt to bypass access controls. Our privacy policy explains credential storage and account deletion.
Content, ownership and public information
You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to host, process and display it as needed to operate the features you use. Share only content you have the right to use, and do not disclose confidential or personal information without authorization. Public figures and third-party brands are not represented as endorsing SomeDay. Revenue information can be incomplete, stale or self-reported; check its source and date.
Acceptable use and moderation
Follow the community guidelines. We may review reports, remove content or limit accounts when needed to address abuse, security concerns or violations. If you believe a moderation action was incorrect, contact nguyenthanhthien.20797@gmail.com with the relevant details. Do not misuse reporting to harass people.
Pricing and availability
This web version does not collect payment or provide paid subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing terms and cancellation conditions will be presented before purchase. Service availability and third-party integrations may change; we do not promise uninterrupted access or that a provider will keep an API available.
Ending use
You may stop using SomeDay and delete your account. We may suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service, and terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Contact support if you need help or want a decision reviewed.
Responsibility and your rights
SomeDay is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for evaluating its outputs and third-party information before making business decisions. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Nothing here promises investment returns or substitutes for professional advice.
